Shawn McCarrick became the Freightquote.com Chief Information Officer in October 2006. He assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in January 2009.
As COO / CIO, Shawn is responsible for the Operations and the Technology functions of Freightquote.com, as well as its subsidiaries, Rockwell Transportation Services and Twin Modal, Inc. Shawn has been instrumental in moving the company forward on many fronts including technology management, integration, process re-engineering and overall technology management.
Doug Grojean joined the company in November of 2000.
He contributes more than 10 years of Information Technology, Business Analysis and Operational Management experience to Freightquote.com and has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and development over the years. As Vice President of Business Solutions, Doug is responsible for Corporate Analytics, Customer Pricing and the Customer Experience.
Trent Flanary was one of the company's earliest members, joining Freightquote.com in April of 2000.
He contributes over 10 years of sales and management experience to Freightquote.com, and is responsible for growing the company’s large and diverse sales force from 200 to the current number of over 525. Trent teams with other departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives which improve upon current solutions and products. He also works with the Sales Directors and Sales Managers on a daily basis to lead the Sales Department in exceeding company objectives.
In November of 1999, Jason Beer joined the Freightquote.com team.
His responsibilities include leading the Enterprise Solutions group, as well as leading business development initiatives such as negotiating and managing key alliances, agent and partnership opportunities and establishing new markets. Jason has over 18 years of sales, management and operations experience and is accomplished in general areas of sales and marketing management, affinity channels, product development, carrier relations and business mergers.
Lori Wittman joined Freightquote.com in March of 2007.
As Vice President and General Manager of Rockwell, Lori is responsible for the execution and supervision of business objectives for Rockwell. Lori’s knowledge of Freightquote.com has helped her oversee the integration of Rockwell processes and systems with Freightquote.com functions.
Lance Huggins joined Freightquote.com in May of 2006 and brings more than 10 years of Customer Service, Operational Management and Information Technology experience to the company.
Lance’s primary responsibility is to provide leadership to our organization in the areas of customer support and service. Lance’s Operations Teams include LTL Operations, TL Operations, Damage Claims, Customer Billing and our Contact Center.
Abbey joined the company in November 2006 as Vice President of Finance.
Abbey brings over ten years of leadership experience in accounting and finance. She is responsible for all financial aspects of the company which includes accounting policies, financial reporting and related controls, compliance matters, budgeting and planning and insurance.
In June 2007, Luanne Eskew joined Freightquote.com as Vice President of Human Resources.
She is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for the company including performance management, recruiting, benefits and compensation, training and development and HR compliance. Luanne’s extensive career in operations and human resources provide an excellent foundation for her current responsibilities.
