Freightquote’s Freight Broker (includes entry level) training program provides employees an opportunity to learn the transportation business through both a classroom setting and under the guidance of experienced brokers. Once completed, the new Freight Broker (includes entry level) is well prepared to be skilled and effective, working directly with our customers and carriers.
In the Customer Service area, our employees receive a combination of transportation industry training, systems training and hands-on experience which develops them into outstanding transportation customer service professionals.
