POSITION OVERVIEW
The National Account Coordinator is responsible for providing ongoing Account Management and support to Freightview National Accounts. The position will function as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, assisting with day-to-day service per the service level agreement established with the customer. Responsible for regularly scheduled contact with assigned accounts, for qualifying and developing these top accounts to higher levels of profitability, offering additional modes and services, maximizing wallet share, and account issue resolution. The position will also be responsible for developing and measuring KPIs for the client and to report on internal metrics to senior management. The National Account Coordinator will be deeply involved in the quarterly business review process with their book of business.

The National Account Executive will bring to bear a proven track record in large/major account, outside and solution sales.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Truckload Coverage Specialist is responsible for load coverage for truckload shipments booked with the Company which were not covered through automated means within a specified time period designated by the freight pick up time, and within the parameters determined by Sales and the customer. The overall focus of this role is to drive growth by aligning with specific sales groups and brokering carrier support for their customers for traditionally hard-to-cover or qualifying loads. Due to the complex nature of the loads being worked, the Coverage Specialist will also have the ability to review accounts and make final decisions pertaining to whether the Company will expend resources to provide Truckload coverage.
