National Account Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

The National Account Coordinator is responsible for providing ongoing Account Management and support to Freightview National Accounts. The position will function as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, assisting with day-to-day service per the service level agreement established with the customer. Responsible for regularly scheduled contact with assigned accounts, for qualifying and developing these top accounts to higher levels of profitability, offering additional modes and services, maximizing wallet share, and account issue resolution. The position will also be responsible for developing and measuring KPIs for the client and to report on internal metrics to senior management. The National Account Coordinator will be deeply involved in the quarterly business review process with their book of business.

Sr. Web Analytics Professional

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Web Analytics Analyst is responsible for gathering and interpreting website and customer behavior data, creating dashboards and making recommendations to suggest, create, and execute ideas that drive business results via improvements to the website. The Analyst will engage with various stakeholders to understand, define and document the overarching business objectives and then research, implement and utilize appropriate web based analytic tools to develop the overall view of Freightquote.com's web presence including search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click. The Web Analytics Analyst also identifies gaps in the data capture process and recommends and implements enhancements as well as ensuring best practices in web based metrics are being implemented while creating documentation for these best practices. This role also works closely with IT and User Experience team to review and participate in writing web content.

Director, Finance

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Finance will hold a key management position and be responsible for providing financial and strategic leadership to the company. S/he will collaborate closely with the executive management team in the development and implementation of the long-range goals, plans and policies consistent with corporate initiatives.

The Director of Finance will be generally responsible for the planning, directing and coordination of corporate activities relating to key accounting processes; evaluating process impacts on financial reporting; administering company payroll processing; managing treasury functions, including cash and debt management; overseeing credit and subsidiary collections; directing carrier auditing and accounts payable; presiding over subsidiary customer invoicing; and handling day-to-day business insurance matters. Manager, International Sales

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manager of International Sales is expected to execute the company's growth strategy for selling International Services. Implementing tactics necessary to achieve sales targets, the International Sales Manager must be capable of communicating Freightquote.com’s global vision to the sales staff, which will be critical to scaling the product. He or she needs a strong appreciation for the differences among cultures and the effect this has on demand for the Company’s products or services. The manager will call upon past experience to contribute in the selecting/hiring process of additional personnel, analysis of additional target markets, setting overall volume goals and establishing individual goals for the team. The manager is then responsible for motivating staff and ensuring that sales targets are met through the daily management of a team of International Specialists. The manager provides daily coaching and direction through hands-on management of the team, ensuring on-going development and motivation of the representatives. The position is also responsible for regularly scheduled contact to team's top accounts, for qualifying and developing these top accounts to higher levels of profitability, offering additional modes and services, maximizing wallet share, top account issue resolution. The Manager leads by example, prospecting on a regular basis, qualifying prospects for team members, and also functions as a liaison between departments by building relationships within other internal departments to better support the team's efforts.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Accounts Payable and Billing Representative will be responsible for the audit and processing of all carrier invoices for payment while ensuring that all applicable customer billing requirements have been met. The Representative will troubleshoot and resolve all carrier invoice discrepancies with an emphasis on minimizing negative financial impact. This position is also responsible for proactively calling carriers for documentation needed to both remit payment and invoice customer(s). Supervisor, Customer Billing

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Customer Billing Supervisor is responsible for leading two integrated work teams (approximately 10 - 12 employees) focused on resolving customer billing issues (Billing Representatives) and maximizing receivables collection efforts (Billing Specialists). Truckload Coverage Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Truckload Coverage Specialist is responsible for load coverage for truckload shipments booked with the Company which were not covered through automated means within a specified time period designated by the freight pick up time, and within the parameters determined by Sales and the customer. The overall focus of this role is to drive growth by aligning with specific sales groups and brokering carrier support for their customers for traditionally hard-to-cover or qualifying loads. Due to the complex nature of the loads being worked, the Coverage Specialist will also have the ability to review accounts and make final decisions pertaining to whether the Company will expend resources to provide Truckload coverage.
